RELATIONAL BONES

task for individual (Reflexive Body)
Almost every bone is in direct relation with one or more bones. Moving one or more bones to consciously change these relations. Start with the phalanges and continue with the hand bones. Move the relation from the multiple hand bones to the two bones in the lower arm and to the one bone in the upper arm. Continue to involve all bony relations of the upper body. Variation: Bring spatial awareness to your movement. Reach towards the borders of your kinesphere and expand them. Use all three dimensions. Involve dynamic changes. Move through space using spacial levels. Move the bones of the lower body with the same idea. Start by phalanges, metatarsals and continue with the bones of the foot, the two bones in the lower leg and the one bone in upper leg.
