CELLURLAR BREATHING
task for partners (Intersubjective Body)
One partner (P1) is lying down. The other partner (P2) is placing both hands on different body surfaces. The hands of P2 are resting there to notice the micro movements under his/her hands. P2 should be in a comfortable position so to not transfer any discomfort to P1. Note that one is touched and being touched at the same time.
